Members and roles
Invite teammates and choose what each person can do in a workspace.
Each person in a workspace has one role. The role decides what they can see and change in the dashboard and what they can grant to AI agents.
Roles

A workspace always has at least one owner. The last owner cannot leave or be removed. To hand over a workspace, use Transfer ownership.
To delete a workspace, first delete its flags and segments. See Remove an unused workspace.
Credentials outlive members
API keys belong to the workspace, not to the person who created them. When someone leaves, their keys keep working. Review and rotate keys that they had access to. See Rotate a secret key.
Invite teammates
Owners and admins can invite people.
- Open Settings → Members.
- Select Invite teammates.
- Enter one or more email addresses.
- Choose a role. The owner role is not available for invitations.
- Select Send invite.
Toggld sends each invitation by email. Invitations expire after 7 days. Pending invitations have actions to resend the email, Copy invite link, and cancel the invitation.
Change roles and remove members
In Settings → Members, owners and admins can change a member's role or select Remove from workspace. Any member can select Leave workspace, except the last owner.
When someone loses access to a workspace, their agent connections for that workspace stop working too.
Transfer ownership
The owner selects Transfer ownership on another member. Ownership transfer is a confirmed action, not a role choice in the dropdown.
Your account
Open Account and security at toggld.io/account to manage your sign-in methods and sessions, revoke agent connections, export your account data, and request account deletion.
Deleting your account does not delete shared workspace content or historical audit records. If you own a workspace with other members, transfer ownership first.
